Terracotta House
A public restaurant website that helps customers find the menu and place a telephone order.

The starting point
Customers needed a clear place to find dishes, opening times, delivery information and how to order. I worked on a website for the restaurant around these everyday questions.
My contribution
I used the restaurant’s operating needs to guide the information and customer journey, with AI supporting the website implementation. The public experience brings the restaurant introduction, categorised menu and telephone-order route together.
Visible result
The restaurant has a public menu and telephone-order website. This is the delivered customer experience shown here; online payment and automatic order handling remain outside this case.
Further exploration
Related prototypes explore stock, purchasing, receiving and supplier coordination. They remain development work, separate from the public restaurant website.
