I am a London-based media graduate with hands-on experience in customer and supplier coordination, visual content and digital projects. I run Pocket Packet, a custom-packaging business, and contribute to operations and digital projects as a founder of VIP Karaoke Norwich.
My work often starts with a practical question: what does the customer need to understand, what information is missing, and what should happen next? I clarify requirements, coordinate the people involved and review how the resulting process works. I use AI to support software implementation while taking responsibility for business requirements and feedback.
Alongside this work, I make films and explore products for reading, writing and learning. My studies at UEA and Warwick inform an interest in media, platforms and how people use technology.
