Coordinating custom packaging from the customer brief through production and shipping.
The starting point
A packaging request needs more than a visual idea. Dimensions, materials, artwork, quantities and delivery requirements must be clear enough for customers, factories and logistics partners to work from the same information.
My contribution
I clarify customer requirements, compare factory quotations, follow up artwork and production, and coordinate shipping information. When a print-quality issue arose, I handled the discussion and arranged compensation.
Tools around the work
I defined requirements for customer and order records, shipping information and document drafts, with AI supporting technical implementation. A packaging-design prototype explores how visual previews can make a brief easier to discuss.
Current work
The business has real customer and supplier work behind it. The design platform remains a prototype alongside that work. I was accepted onto Warwick Enterprise’s Start-up Programme in 2025, where I developed business milestones.
